I reached out for help and the replies came late, which was already frustrating. And then when they did respond, it was like, i still didn’t get much help with the issue.

I used Atom Tickets to book a movie and picked middle-row seats like I usually do, because I really don’t want to risk getting stuck off to the side. Everything looked right on the seat map when I checked out, so I figured we were good. But when we got to the theater, the seats weren’t where I thought they were. We ended up closer to the side, and the staff said their system showed something different. It wasn’t the worst night ever, but it was frustrating because the whole reason I use these apps is to lock in good seats and avoid losing out on the spot I chose. I’m probably not going to use Atom again unless I don’t have another option
